The Satkriti Fellowship Program is a specialized clinical training initiative designed to develop advanced expertise in Otology, ENT, and Head & Neck Surgery.
This fellowship is ideal for young ENT surgeons and professionals seeking hands-on surgical exposure, mentorship from national experts, and structured academic growth. The program welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
- MS (ENT) / DLO / DNB (ENT) degree holders
- Age below 40 years at the time of application
- Foreign nationals with equivalent qualifications are welcome
- Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals eligible
- Applications must be submitted at least 2 months in advance
Accommodation to be arranged by candidate — hospital assists in finding nearby options. Program is under process for accreditation with Indian Society of Otology & AOI.
